Ken Beasley has been active in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years. Mr. Beasley owned a Title and Escrow Company in Northern Nevada from 1975 through 1984.
Currently, Ken holds a Real Estate Brokers License in both California and Nevada, and has participated in over 5000 transactions, ranging from Joint Ownerships, Lease Option Conversions, Contracts of Sale, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Bankruptcies, 1031 Exchanges, and conventional Real Estate.
At the present time Mr. Beasley is an active Exchange Consultant, Real Estate Broker and Published Author. Ken’s first book “Understanding and Using the 1031 Tax Exchange Process,” was published in 1996, and revised in 2005. Ken’s new book, the “The Real Estate Market Sucks, Now What”, is currently going on the market.
For many years Mr. Beasley was a Senior Instructor for “Big Ten Seminars” in Nevada, and consulted with “Law Seminars International” as an Instructor.
The companies owned by our organization are, Equity Share Realty, Equity Share Funding, Equity Share Plus, Network Foreclosures, and Network Exchange.
Mr. Beasley was born in Chemainus, British Columbia, Canada, and currently resides in Alamo, California and Manhattan, with his wife of 36 years, BJ, and their two Golden Retrievers, Tee-Bone and Boo.
